HandsOn Battle Creek has recently launched a tool to allow volunteers to self-report their volunteer hours. Now, instead of only being able to keep track of hours obtained through opportunities posted on our website, volunteers will be able to record hours from any volunteer activities!
To self-report your volunteer hours, just log into the website and on your “My Account” page, click the “Self-Report Your Volunteer Service” link. From there you will have to enter your volunteer opportunity and hours as well as the organization you served with. If the organization is a part of our system, simply choose their name from the drop down menu. However, if they are not a part of our system, you will have to provide an email address of your volunteer supervisor and we will be in touch with them.
When your hours are confirmed by your volunteer supervisor, they will show up in your volunteer history just as hours obtained through our website do.
